• All sales (puppies, training, merchandise, digital products) are subject to availability and our published pricing.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
• Deposits for puppy reservations are non-refundable.

International Shipping

• We offer international shipping for select products. Shipping rates, delivery times, and import duties vary by destination and are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import laws and regulations.

Returns & Refunds

• Merchandise: We are a made to order business, which means we produce your items when we buy them. We do this to keep our cost down and our quality high by working with suppliers who can produce items quick for us when they are ordered by you. For this reason, we want to guarantee the quality of the item. If it arrives damaged, or with a defect, we’ll offer you a no cost replacement, or a full refund! Because we are a made to order business, refunds and replacements can only be processed for damaged or defective items. We appreciate you supporting our small business.  
• Puppies and live animals: All sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable. Please review our puppy placement process and health guarantees before purchase.
• Digital products: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

• Treat all members with respect; no hate speech, harassment, or spam.
• User-generated content must be appropriate and not infringe on others’ rights.
• We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content or users at our discretion.
