• Deposits for puppy reservations are non-refundable.

International Shipping

• We offer international shipping for select products. Shipping rates, delivery times, and import duties vary by destination and are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import laws and regulations.

Returns & Refunds

• Merchandise: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Puppies and live animals: All sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable. Please review our puppy placement process and health guarantees before purchase.
• Digital products: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
